Working with us

Sessions

One to one, online. Two of us, with different strengths and ways of supporting. Below: a guide to what we each do, which may suit you better, and what it costs.

English · Italiano · Polish (if you ask nicely)

Video sessions from 95 EUR. First session discounted with either of us: 10% with Pau, 50% with Alex.

We practice both pure IFS and bring in other tools and modalities depending on what you need in the moment. With skills in coaching, Focusing, Non-violent communication, Mindfulness, and inner facilitation craft, we go deep, and give you ways of holding yourself well beyond sessions.

What actually happens

The shape of an hour

New to the model? The ninety-second version is here; you don't need it before a first session, but some parts can like knowing what's coming.

  1. 01

    We talk, and something catches

You say what's going on and we listen for the place where the tone shifts, or a phrase repeats, or you say "anyway" and move on quickly. That's the trailhead.

  2. 02

    We find who's holding it

Instead of solving the problem we go looking for whoever is carrying it, and stay long enough to get its shape: how old it feels and where it sits in your body. This is the part people can find strange at first for about ten minutes and then not at all.

  3. 03

We check how you feel toward it

"And how do you feel toward that one?" If the answer is irritated, or scared of it, another part has joined us, and that one gets the floor first. The whole hour can turn on this question.

  4. 04

We ask the protector what it's afraid of

"What do you think would happen if you stopped doing this?" Usually the most insightful thing said all hour, and usually something you haven't heard yourself say before.

  5. 05

We stop somewhere you can leave from

Not at a resolution; those don't arrive on schedule. At a point where the system is settled enough to get on with your day. Pacing is a craft, and we'd rather do less well than more badly.

You stay in charge. And discover what "staying in charge" means for you.

The short version: this is titrated on purpose, and protector consent is not a formality we perform before getting on with what we intended anyway.

Which of us

Two practitioners, similar approach, different attitudes, styles, and strengths

Pau

Pau

Certified L3 IFS Practitioner & Coach

English · Polish (if you ask nicely)

Warm. Empowering. Listens closely. Challenges when it counts.

Open-ended internal work. Meeting what's painful, at its own pace, with someone who won't rush it.

Probably you if…

  • You want depth instead of a fixed plan.
  • Something old is asking for attention and you'd like company while you look at it.
  • You've been managing well for years and you want more than managing.

Pau is a Parts whisperer.

Anna, client
Alex

Alex

Level 2-trained IFS practitioner, coach & facilitator

English · Italiano

Sharp. Pragmatic. Will push at times, and will say so first.

Work aimed at something outside you: a decision, a career, a relationship, an experience that needs integrating. Twenty years of meditation and embodiment practice behind it.

Probably you if…

  • You want movement, and you want someone to scrutinise your assumptions.
  • You think a great deal and feel less, or the reverse, and want the two connected.
  • You're integrating a psychedelic experience, a spiritual emergency, or a large life transition.

Not afraid of scrutinizing your assertions and assumptions — a must-have skill for a good teacher.

Sascha, client

Genuinely unsure? Write to us and say roughly what's going on. We'll tell you which of us to book, including if the answer is neither.

Two directions, one model

Inward, or outward?

Which one needs the attention right now?

Inward

Internal healing, open-ended

Understanding the system, meeting what needs support, letting parts put down what they've been carrying. No fixed destination and no schedule. The direction emerges, at the pace your system sets. Mostly Pau's territory.

Outward

Aligning your life

The same model aimed at something specific: a stuck decision, a pattern that keeps costing you, a life that doesn't fit. We call this Aligning Your Life and there's a whole method behind it. Mostly Alex.

In practice these overlap constantly — outward work keeps turning up inward material, and vice versa. Pick the one that sounds more like your direction and we'll follow whatever actually shows up.

More on Aligning Your Life

What this is for

What people leave with

Not a new personality. More like: clarity about what's actually going on in there, and a different relationship with it. Life decisions stop being civil wars. The question quietly shifts from "what do I want (and why don't I just do it?)" to "what's best, for me, my parts, and the people around me", which somehow turns out to be a much easier question to answer.

Concretely, clients tell us: the inner critic got quieter without being fought. The thing they'd been avoiding for months happened, at times in as little as twenty minutes, others in weeks or months. They argue differently now: "a part of me" leaves room that "you always" doesn't.

We also do this on ourselves. That's why we're here.

When we're not the right call

We only take work we think we can actually help with.

  • Neither of us is a licensed psychotherapist. If you're working with a diagnosis that requires clinical support, or you want a therapist specifically, we can be useful as an additional support, but not as the only one.
  • If you're in acute crisis, you need support sooner and of a different kind than a booked session next week. Please go to your local emergency service first, or find a crisis line near you.
  • Sessions must be paid directly. Sessions are private and paid directly: they aren't reimbursable through health insurance or national health schemes.
  • Parts language isn't for everyone. It can be unhelpful, occasionally destabilising, for people currently experiencing psychosis or strong paranoia. And if the plural framing simply doesn't land after a fair try, that's information rather than failure.

Common questions before booking

How long is a session, and what does it cost?

Video sessions run about an hour. From 95 EUR, with a discounted first session (10% with Pau, 50% with Alex).

What if it doesn't work for me?

That's useful information. Say so. We'll stop, refund unused prepaid sessions if any, and help you find a better fit when we can. You're not signing up for a course.

Do I need to know IFS beforehand?

No. Some people like the ninety-second version; others start cold. Either is fine.

English, Italian, Polish — which of you?

Both of us work in English. Alex also works in Italian. Pau can be asked (nicely) to work in Polish. Say what you need when you book or write.
